Summary

This study tests if placing amiodarone directly into the sac around the heart during bypass or valve surgery can prevent a common complication called atrial fibrillation. About 63 adults aged 20-85 will be monitored continuously after surgery. The goal is to reduce irregular heartbeats, shorten hospital stays, and improve recovery.
