Summary
This study looks at whether a program of supervised exercise and nutrition counseling can prevent older adults from losing the ability to move around independently. Researchers are testing this in 530 people aged 80 and older who already show early signs of mobility problems. The goal is to see if this approach can keep them active and reduce their risk of falls and disability.
