Summary
This study tests a program of supervised exercise and nutrition counseling for older adults who are at risk of losing the ability to walk and move around easily. The goal is to see if this program can prevent or delay mobility problems and help people stay independent. 530 participants are followed for one year to measure changes in physical function.
