Psoriasis drug may stop arthritis before it starts

Summary
This study tests whether the drug guselkumab can prevent psoriatic arthritis in people with psoriasis who are at high risk. About 176 adults with psoriasis will receive either guselkumab or standard care. Researchers will use ultrasound to check for early joint changes and track who develops arthritis over two years.
