Summary
This study tests whether a team of five pain specialists (pain doctor, psychologist, pharmacist, dietitian, and physical therapist) can help veterans with chronic pain feel better and do more in daily life. About 150 veterans will either join the program right away or wait six months. Participants will meet the team, get monthly coaching calls, and fill out surveys to track their pain and quality of life.
