Inclusion Criteria: 1. Adults aged ≥18 years. 2. Enrolled in the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program. 3. Referred to the SiPAP program for prehabilitation prior to elective surgery. 4. screened for malnutrition risk using the Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition of Thailand (SPENT) screening tool. 5. Complete clinical records available for analysis. Exclusion Criteria: Have incomplete nutritional records.
