First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how common malnutrition is among 600 adults waiting for surgery and whether a simple nutrition education program can improve their weight and nutritional health before the operation. Participants will be screened for malnutrition risk and receive guidance on eating better. The goal is to see if better nutrition before surgery leads to fewer complications and faster healing.
