Summary

This study tests whether a daily balanced meal made from local foods can help pregnant women in rural Pakistan cope with extreme heat and improve their babies' health. About 292 women will either eat this meal daily or continue their usual diet. Researchers will measure heat stress effects, nutrient levels, and newborn birth weight to see if the meal makes a difference.
