Summary

This study tests whether eating a balanced meal made from local foods once a day during pregnancy can help women in rural Pakistan handle heat stress better and have healthier babies. About 292 women will either eat this meal daily or continue their usual diet. Researchers will measure the babies' birth weight and height, and check the mothers' nutrient levels and health.
