Summary
This study is testing whether a prenatal yoga app can improve mental and physical well-being for first-time pregnant African American women. Over 12 weeks, 50 participants will use the app for yoga at home three times a week while wearing a fitness tracker. Researchers want to see if the app is easy to use and helpful for reducing stress and depression during pregnancy.
