Summary
This study tests whether teaching first-time mothers proper breastfeeding positions and attachment through hands-on demonstrations during pregnancy can prevent common problems like sore nipples and breast engorgement. 100 pregnant women in their third trimester will be split into two groups: one receives standard care plus an e-booklet and a 40-minute clinical training session, while the other gets standard care only. Researchers will follow up after birth to compare nipple pain, attachment quality, and breast firmness between the groups.
