Summary
This study tests whether a structured exercise program before and after liver transplant helps patients recover faster and have fewer complications. Sixty adults awaiting a liver transplant will take part. The program includes supervised training before surgery and continued exercise for a year after, with follow-up for two years. The goal is to see if this approach improves survival, reduces hospital stays, and enhances quality of life.
