Pre-Surgery workouts may speed up joint replacement recovery

Summary
This study looks at whether a pre-surgery exercise program (called prehabilitation) can improve recovery, daily function, and emotional well-being in people waiting for hip or knee replacement. About 44 adults with advanced osteoarthritis will take part. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach helps them bounce back faster after surgery.
