Summary
This study tests whether a program of targeted exercise and psychological support before cancer treatment (surgery or radiation) can improve physical and mental recovery in patients with solid tumors like breast cancer. About 125 participants will either receive this prehabilitation program or standard care. The goal is to see if the program leads to better physical performance and quality of life after treatment.
