Summary
This study compares the hormone pregnenolone to a placebo in 108 veterans who have had a mild traumatic brain injury since 2001. The goal is to see if it improves mental health, physical function, thinking, PTSD symptoms, and pain over 8 weeks. Participants take a daily pill and attend 6 study visits over 11 weeks.
