NCT ID NCT04805502
Summary
This study is testing whether specific types of exercise during pregnancy can improve health for overweight or obese mothers and lower the risk of obesity in their children. Researchers will enroll about 300 pregnant women and randomly assign them to different exercise programs or no exercise. They will then track the health of both the mothers and their babies for the baby's first year to see which exercise approach works best.
