Summary

This study is testing whether specific types of exercise during pregnancy can improve the health of overweight or obese mothers and lower the risk of obesity and related health problems in their children. Researchers will follow 300 pregnant women, assigning them to different exercise programs or no exercise, and track the health of both mothers and their babies up to one year after birth. The goal is to find the most effective exercise plan to give the next generation a healthier start.
