Summary
This study tested whether a coordinated care pathway, supported by an electronic information system shared among patients and healthcare providers, could improve compliance with recommended pregnancy monitoring. Over 1,500 pregnant women in France participated. The main goal was to see if more women in the coordinated care group followed all recommended medical visits and exams compared to standard care.
