Scientists track pregnant Women's steps to find the perfect activity level for Baby's health
NCT ID NCT07147777
Summary
This study looked at how a pregnant person's overall daily activity level, measured by questionnaires and phone step counts, might affect the baby's health. Researchers followed 159 people in their third trimester to see if being too inactive or too active was linked to changes in womb blood flow, the baby's heart rate, or birth weight. The goal was to gather information to help make better recommendations for healthy activity during pregnancy.
