Can your daily steps predict your Baby's health?
NCT ID NCT07147777
Summary
This study looked at how a pregnant person's overall activity level in the third trimester might affect their baby's health. Researchers tracked daily steps and activity questionnaires from 159 participants to see if activity was linked to womb blood flow, the baby's heart rate, and birth weight. The goal was to gather information to help make better recommendations for healthy activity during pregnancy.
