First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special imaging technique called Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) can help doctors know if high-flow oxygen therapy will stop working within 48 hours. About 90 adults with acute breathing problems will be monitored. The goal is to find a better way to predict treatment failure so patients can get the right help sooner.
