Summary

This study aims to see if simple measurements like heart rate and blood pressure can help doctors predict how liver disease patients will fare after a serious gastrointestinal bleed. Researchers will enroll 150 patients with liver cirrhosis who are experiencing bleeding. The goal is to find better tools to help emergency doctors quickly assess risk and decide on the best care.
