This study aims to better understand immune-related gut diseases like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), and functional gut disorders. Researchers will collect blood and tissue samples from 1,000 patients to analyze immune cells and find what drives these conditions. The goal is to improve diagnosis and personalize treatment, not to test a new therapy directly.
