First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study is collecting health information from 5,000 people who have a genetic risk for aortic disease (aneurysm or dissection). The goal is to better understand how different gene changes affect the disease and find factors that influence outcomes. No new treatment is being tested; instead, researchers hope to improve future care by learning from participants' medical histories.
