NCT ID NCT06466434

First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether eating a diet rich in prebiotic foods (like fiber) can improve how well the first immunotherapy treatment works in people with advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery. About 75 adults will eat a special diet while starting standard immunotherapy drugs. The goal is to see if the diet increases helpful gut bacteria and helps the immune system fight the cancer better.
