Summary
This study tests whether adding beetroot extract to a carbohydrate drink given before surgery can shorten hospital stays for women undergoing open gynecological surgery. The drink is meant to reduce stress from surgery and improve recovery. About 90 women will take part, and researchers will compare how long they stay in the hospital.
