Pre-Surgery nutrition drink may cut infection risk in bladder surgery

Summary
This study tests whether drinking a special nutritional supplement before bladder removal surgery (cystectomy) can lower the chance of infections and other complications. About 232 adults having this surgery for various bladder conditions will be randomly assigned to receive the supplement or standard care. The main goal is to see if the supplement reduces infections within 30 days after surgery.
