Summary
This study looks at whether a short burst of physical exercise before a lesson can improve children's ability to concentrate and ignore distractions. About 240 primary school students will be assigned by class to either sit quietly or do 5 or 10 minutes of exercise before class. Researchers will measure their attention and self-control using computer tasks to see if the exercise group performs better.
