First seen Dec 15, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of PRaG-1 tablets (made from a natural fungus), targeted radiation, immune-boosting shots, and immunotherapy can help people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. About 65 participants will receive all treatments together, with no placebo group. The goal is to see if the combination slows tumor growth and improves immune function, while monitoring for side effects.
