Summary
This study tests a new combination treatment for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. Participants will take PRaG-1 tablets (made from a natural fungus), receive targeted radiation, immune-boosting injections, and immunotherapy drugs. The goal is to see if this approach can slow tumor growth and improve immune function, while monitoring for side effects.
