Summary
This study tested a 5-week hospital program combining exercise, nutrition advice, and education for adults with Prader-Willi syndrome. The goal was to help patients stabilize or lower their body mass index (BMI) for 6 months after leaving the hospital. 128 participants were randomly assigned to either the new program or standard care.
