Summary
This study aims to understand how thinking and memory problems develop over time in people with primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS). Researchers will follow 66 participants for 2 years, using brain scans and detailed thinking tests to see how brain changes relate to cognitive decline. The goal is to learn more about the causes of these difficulties to help guide future treatments.
