NCT ID NCT04843371

First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether a wrist-worn sensor (PPG) can estimate how well the heart pumps blood, compared to standard ultrasound. About 500 adults getting an echocardiogram will wear the device. If successful, this could lead to simpler, cheaper heart monitoring.
