New power training aims to get older veterans moving again

Summary
This study is creating a special exercise program called power training to help older veterans improve their mobility. Researchers will work with 30 veterans aged 65 and older who are part of the Gerofit program. The goal is to see if the program is practical and liked by participants, and to measure early results like leg strength and physical function.
