Summary
This study is creating and testing a specialized exercise program designed to help older veterans who are experiencing physical decline and mobility problems. Researchers will work with veterans to design the program, then test it with 30 participants to see if it's practical and acceptable. The goal is to improve leg strength, walking ability, and overall physical function through targeted power training exercises.
