Summary
This study aims to understand how potassium from fresh foods like fruits and vegetables affects the body differently than potassium from processed foods in people with chronic kidney disease. Researchers will provide 48 participants with four different 10-day diets that vary in potassium level and food processing. The goal is to gather evidence to create better, more specific dietary recommendations for managing this condition.
