Shingles pain relief showdown: which treatment works better?

Summary
This study compares two existing pain relief methods for people with postherpetic neuralgia, the nerve pain that can linger after shingles. Researchers will look back at 50 patients who received either an ultrasound-guided nerve block or a radiofrequency treatment as part of their regular care. They'll compare how well each method reduced pain intensity and nerve pain symptoms over one month.
