Summary
This study looked at how fast treadmill walking, with or without mild electrical stimulation, helps people who have had a stroke improve their walking. Fifty-five stroke survivors took part to help researchers understand why these treatments work and who benefits most. The goal is to create personalized walking therapies that improve both how people walk and their overall function.
