Nurse chat before discharge may boost stroke recovery

Summary
This study looks at whether a special nurse-led education session right before stroke patients go home helps them stick to their medications and care plan. About 300 patients will take part, with half getting the extra nurse talk and half getting usual care. The goal is to see if this simple step improves how well patients follow their prescribed treatments after a stroke.
