Nurse chat before discharge may boost stroke recovery

Summary
This study looks at whether a special nurse consultation before stroke patients go home helps them follow their medication and care plan. About 300 adults who had a mild stroke and are returning home will take part. Half will get the nurse talk, and the other half will get usual care. Researchers will check how well they stick to their medicines 4 months later.
