Summary
This study looks at why people with post-COVID syndrome feel extremely tired and have trouble exercising. Researchers will compare 62 people with long COVID to healthy volunteers by testing their response to three types of exercise: moderate walking, intense intervals, and strength training. The goal is to find out what causes these symptoms and help design better rehab programs.
