Can simple daily positivity ease chronic back pain?
NCT ID NCT02476812
Summary
This study tested whether a 30-day program of positive activities could help people with chronic low back pain feel and function better. 200 adults scheduled for a standard pain injection were randomly assigned to either try the program right away or wait. Researchers measured changes in pain, daily function, mood, and sleep over 90 days to see if the program made a difference.
