New home sleep test could ease diagnosis for autistic kids

Summary
This study is testing a portable sleep monitor to see if it can accurately detect obstructive sleep apnea in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Researchers will compare the results from the portable device to the standard, more complex overnight hospital sleep test. They will also interview families to understand their preferences and experiences with sleep testing.
