First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looks for brain injury in patients who had a cardiac arrest, using a portable MRI machine that can be used at the bedside. Researchers will take multiple scans over several days to see how the injury changes. The goal is to make brain imaging available at hospitals without specialized centers and to find signs that help decide which patients might benefit from future treatments.
