Summary
This study tests a small, hands-free device called the PEP-buddy that helps people with COPD breathe easier during sudden breathlessness. About 25 adults with moderate to severe COPD will use the device for 4 weeks to see if it reduces shortness of breath. The goal is to find a simple, portable tool to improve daily life for those with COPD.
