NCT ID NCT04594798

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs for people aged 75 and older with a type of blood cancer called DLBCL. The treatment pairs a targeted therapy (polatuzumab vedotin) with a lower-dose chemotherapy regimen (R-miniCHP) to see if it can keep the cancer from growing longer while being safer for older patients. About 39 participants will be followed to measure how long they live without the cancer getting worse.
