Summary
This study tested a short, practical program called Problem Management Plus (PM+) to help adults with depression or anxiety in a primary care clinic in Chile. 56 participants were randomly assigned to either PM+ or their usual care. The goal was to see if PM+ was feasible and acceptable, and if it helped reduce symptoms. Results will show whether this approach could be a useful addition to standard care.
