Summary
This study looked at whether adding jump and bound exercises (plyometrics) to regular basketball practice helps male players run faster, change direction quicker, and build leg strength. Twenty-four players aged 18-22 took part; half did extra plyometric drills twice a week for 8 weeks. The results will show if this training improves key basketball skills like sprinting and jumping.
