NCT ID NCT07590557

First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week jump training program helps children and teens with severe burns regain leg strength, power, and daily function better than standard exercises. 62 participants aged 10-18 who had been discharged from the hospital 6-12 months earlier took part. The goal was to see if plyometrics (jumping exercises) can improve recovery after burn injuries.
