Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week jump training program could help children and teens with severe burns improve leg strength, power, and daily movement. 62 participants aged 10-18 who had been discharged from the hospital for 6-12 months were randomly assigned to either jump training or standard exercise. The goal was to see if jump training works better than usual rehab for rebuilding muscle and function.
