New burn gel could speed healing and cut pain

Summary

This study tests a gel called Plurogel against standard burn dressings in people with partial thickness burns on the face or one limb. The goal is to see if the gel helps burns heal faster, reduces pain, and lowers the need for skin grafts. About 25 adults will take part, and the study is currently recruiting.
