Summary

This study tested whether a shot of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) made from a person's own blood can reduce hip pain and improve movement in people with a torn hip labrum. Thirty adults aged 18 to 49 who had not gotten better with other treatments took part. Researchers tracked pain and function for a year after the injection.
